Brief summary of experience
Paul Zammit has a Master of Social Science, Certificate Trauma Counselling and Therapy, Bachelor of Theology, 3 Units Clinical Pastoral Education.

Paul’s working life has been in Pastoral Care provision at a practitioner and leadership level, in contexts that are culturally and linguistically diverse, that have required comfortableness with varying expressions of faith and meaning making, and the capacity to connect and reconnect with his own faith tradition.

Paul has been in his current role of Senior Manager Pastoral Services with CatholicCare for the last three years. A key aspect to the portfolio is Catholic Chaplaincy provision in the public Healthcare space. Other areas include Prisons, Youth Justice and with people living with HIV/AIDS.

In whatever capacity Paul has worked in, the ultimate goal has always been to listen for the voice of the person, the client’s deepest needs; to ensure that governance structures and decisions are guided by this at all times.
